Our apartment near Sterzing, Villa Tribulaunblick, is available for an unforgettable stay of at least 3 nights.

Payment Terms
Please note that reservations are only binding after written confirmation from us and a deposit.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Arrival and Departure
You can check into your apartment from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Please inform us of your arrival time so we can welcome you personally and introduce you to the apartment.
To prepare the apartments calmly for the next guests, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out is available on request and subject to availability for a small additional fee.
Cancellations
- There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions.
- 70% of the paid deposit is refundable if canceled 30 days or more before arrival
- 50% of the paid deposit is refundable if canceled 14 days or more before arrival
- Later cancellations, no-shows, or early departures will be charged 100% of the total price
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid
- (We recommend having travel insurance in any case)
